3. What information do we collect?
When you purchase something from our online store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, email, phone number, shipping address and billing address (including street name, zip code, city, and country) to process your order. Our store is hosted on Shopify International Ltd. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

5. Does Fougett share customer information with others?
Fougett does not sell or rent our customers’ personal data to any other entity.

Purchase history (i.e., name, contact information and purchase data) will be stored during the return and exchange period for the purpose of administering returns and exchanges.
If you make a complaint Fougett may save your data to the extent necessary to handle the complaint.
The information regarding returns shall for accounting purposes be stored as long as legally required by applicable law.
7. Your data subject rights
Your data subject rights include to request access, portability, rectification, erasure of your personal data, to restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and your right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

8. Children's privacy and legal purchase age
